Q:My karaoke machine is not working, what do I do? A:First, check and make sure that the unit’s power is turned on. If it is, then make sure that the outlet the unit is plugged into is fully functional. If need be, test it in another outlet. If this does not work, consult the owners manual for more detailed troubleshooting. If their suggestions still do not work, call us and our knowledgeable technical support team will be happy to assist you!

Q:I received a karaoke machine as a gift and it is on the fritz, what do I do? A:Did the gift giver provide you with a gift receipt? If not, simply bring the item into our store and we will be happy to track down the order information and provide quality technical support to get you back up and running.

Q:My unit is working, but I am not getting any sound. What is wrong? A:Make sure that you have the correct function selected on your machine. Double check to see that the speakers are properly connected and that the volume is not on mute.

Q:I’m getting sound, but no video. Help! A:Check to make sure that the TV is on, and then check that the Video In jack on the karaoke machine is connected to the television. The TV needs to be on the “Video” setting in order to transmit properly, so double check that as well.
